Body and Soul Health Products Pty Ltd was established in 2002 in Melbourne, Australia by a leading Naturopath Jacqueline Hope. Her motivation to start the company was to provide customers with a range of natural products to safely and effectively relieve the symptoms of eczema, psoriasis and itchy, dry skin. The initial product, Hope’s Relief Cream, was launched into the market in July 2003. It received such an enormous, positive response from customers that two complementary products have recently been launched on the market - Hope’s Herbal Shampoo and Hope’s Herbal Conditioner.
Body and Soul Health Products’ popularity has transcended Australian borders with many enquiries coming in from overseas. Hopes Relief products are now available through Europe, USA and New Zealand.

Jacqueline Hope is a fully qualified Naturopath graduating from the Australian College of Natural Medicine in Melbourne.
Jacqueline Hope established her own private practice in Melbourne, where she was able to directly observe the powerful effects of herbal and homeopathic medicines. It was during that time that she began treating people suffering from various skin disorders, including eczema and psoriasis. At that time there was very little available to help people suffering from those conditions, except for cortisone and drugs that produced undesirable side effects. So she began a period of research and testing to develop an effective natural alternative that would quickly relieve the itching, settle the redness and inflammation, clear any infection and assist in healing the skin – without causing any harm. Over time, she developed a unique formulation consisting of high potency herbal extracts, homeopathics and Manuka honey. From this work the formula for Hope’s Relief Cream was born.
She continues to research and develop new products. Hope’s Relief Shampoo and Hope’s Relief Conditioner are two therapeutic formulations, which were designed in response to people’s requests for something to help with itchy, flaky scalp conditions. These were launched onto the market in May 2005, and more products are planned for the future.
